This Thanksgiving at Calvary Youth, we are celebrating the real, historical, overtly Christian reason Thanksgiving exists, praising and thanking the one true God for His gifts and greatness!

This will be just like the original thanksgivings…a giant potluck, and we shall feast!

Whoever is able, please bring a favourite food for us all to share!

While we feast, we will…

• Sing and praise our God

• Brennan will give an “apologetic” for celebrating a Christian Canadian Thanksgiving. By reading a “historian’s” article on the Christian roots of Thanksgiving, and showing his worldview’s real intentions, we’ll see how taking God out of Thanksgiving and Canadian history, is a theft we don’t have to give in to.

• Give thanks to God and enjoy being with friends!
