The objective is to build spiritual, mental and physical resilience as young men!
Don’t let your mamma’s pack your bag for this one guys… You carry everything you bring the whole way, so stick to the essentials (a packing list will be provided). But don’t worry, there will be lots of fun exploring and hang out time!
We’ll hike into the muskoka wilderness together, work as a team to read a topographical map and Navigate to a few pre-determined points. By dusk, we will pick a campsite, set up shelter, learn some basic foraging and bushcraft “how to’s” and build a “no trace” fire. Around the fire Bible study time will follow. In the morning we will break camp, explore a bit more if we have time, and hike back to our starting point.
